Setting Frequency

as we walk/roll/crawl into 2026 & my 58th year, with Pluto in Aquarius

Sipping coffee… hearing the quiet & not-so-quiet sounds of the early morning…covered by bright stars, a waning moon, a fleece blanket & so much more…

From the full moon in December, which is a story in it’s own unfolding, to the full moon days ago in January, so much has happened. In my life, yours, and the worlds. Because time is a funny thing.

I want to/am called to take some time this morning to talk about my voice… and eye notice resistance rise throughout my body as i type… wondering where we’re headed…

breathe diane, just breathe…

For decades, people have told me that they love my voice… it’s soothing… relaxing… calming… asked me to record meditations, audiobooks, anything… I’ve long joked with students about making sure not to put them to sleep during class.

I’ve read children’s books & more, online over the years. In 2020 there were dozens of live videos… me showing up, pulling tarot/oracle cards, reading book excerpts, sharing stories & the roller coaster of life. People still reach out to me & mention those videos.

None of this was known to Essence when we began our work together. She also didn’t know that I’d purchased her book years ago… You know how sometimes you’re just called to work with someone? That’s how its been with this BEing…

I’ve done lots of introspection, deep healing, various therapies, recovery work & self-improvement throughout my adult life. I’m pretty clear about who I am and what I stand for. And also…

I still struggle/question/juggle with self-doubt, fear, anxiety, stuff like that… it’s not uncommon right? …we’re human after all. So I was part excited & part nervous going into the soul naming experience. Essence made the process very clear & supportive.

As someone who offers much in service of humanity… I truly value, appreciate & want to shine light on the amount of time & energy this elder offers. Eye know that my walls, dragging feet & bullish obstinance can get in the way of much, and I am grateful. Thank you Melanie. Thank you Essence. Thank you Ancestors, Guides, All That Is. Thank you for your willingness, your wisdom, your witness.

whew… feels big AND feels good to be seen so deeply, so clearly… feels like bindings released… energetic weight calving off my being… an opening & expanding heart… a deeper compassion & understanding… knowing… believing…

To be named Harmonic Harmony feels intracellular… like interstitial fluid… weaving its way around the cells of my identities/passions/roles/lessons/offerings… filling my BEing with softness & strength.

The words offered|seen|heard|spoken in this experience are a balm on my soul & an anchor for my mind|body. The clarity eye found|remembered|reclaimed is a guiding light on my path forward. All is in alignment with my truth & my walk.
